The Website is operated by Curiosity Garments Trading, trading under the brand name Curiosity, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility & Website Use
By using our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction or are using the Website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, Curiosity reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount already paid.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
After an order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation electronically.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Suspected fraud.
- Payment failure.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Technical errors.
- Orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
All payments are subject to verification and approval by the applicable payment provider.
Curiosity does not guarantee that a particular payment method will always be available.
7. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped or handed over for fulfilment/delivery.
Once an order has been shipped or entered a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible, it may instead be subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
To request cancellation, contact Curiosity.ae@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be processed if fulfilment has already begun.
8. Shipping & International Orders
Curiosity ships within the UAE and internationally to supported destinations.
Delivery estimates displayed on the Website are estimates and may vary due to the destination, courier, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, international customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by their country.
Curiosity is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
9. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused, except as reasonably necessary to inspect or try on the item.
- Be undamaged.
- Have no stains, marks, odours, washing, alterations, or other signs of use.
- Be returned in mint/resalable condition.
- Include original tags and packaging where applicable.
Curiosity reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund.
Items that do not meet the return requirements may be refused and returned to the customer, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
These conditions do not limit any rights a customer may have where a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its description, or otherwise required to be accepted for return under applicable law.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
After Curiosity approves a return, processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Curiosity, a defective/non-conforming product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Items submitted for exchange must satisfy the same condition requirements applicable to returns.
If the requested replacement size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or process a refund where appropriate.
12. Sale & Final-Sale Items
Products clearly marked as Final Sale are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due solely to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
However, the Final Sale designation does not remove any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law in relation to defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming products.
13. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us at Curiosity.ae@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that helps us assess the issue.
Where required by applicable law, Curiosity will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, return, refund, or another legally required solution.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website - including the Curiosity name, branding, logos, graphics, clothing designs, photographs, videos, text, website design, and other original material - is owned by or licensed to Curiosity and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
15. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, or usage limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previously completed orders.
Curiosity reserves the right to cancel or refuse the misuse of promotional codes.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures, or circumstances outside our control.

18. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse transactions, suspend accounts, or restrict access where we reasonably suspect:
- Payment fraud.
- Unauthorised payment methods.
- Return or refund abuse.
- False information.
- Attempts to manipulate promotions or Website systems.
- Other unlawful activity.
Where appropriate, suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities or payment providers.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
